Samsung announced its latest point-and-shoot digital camera, the ST80 with integrated WiFi and Samsung AllShare DLNA connectivity for easy sharing of images. The 14.2 Megapixel ST80 has a slim and rounded design. It features a 3x optical zoom lens, a 3-inch touchscreen and ability to record 720p HD video at 30fps in H.264 format.

Thanks to WiFi, the ST80 can email captured images and videos to individual email addresses or to those stored in the camera’’s address book, or upload to social networking sites such as facebook, Picasa, YouTube..etc directly. DLNA support also enables the camera to sync photos/videos to compatible devices such as HDTV and digital frames. The camera includes Smart Auto(Still & Movie) scene recognition technology, Smart Crop function.

The Samsung ST80 WiFi camera will be released in September for $249.99.
